  • Can I pickup an order if I won't be home on delivery day?
    Absoluty! Text KC Blooms at (816)866-6474 to schedule a pickup during shop hours. Plants are availble to pickup the wednesday before Sunday delivery.
  • Can KC Blooms deliver on a different day?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver on any other day. The last Sunday of the month is the pnly day we will deliver. Pickup can be arranged by texting (816)866-6474
  • Can KC Blooms deliver if I am 10.1 miles away from the brick & mortor?
    Unfortuntatley, we are only offering free delivery to homes/businesses within 10 miles of KC Blooms Shop. Pickup can be arranged by texting (816)866-6474
  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
    Absolutely! We hate to see you unsubscribe but you can cancel up to 2 days before delivery day.
  • I am getting too many plants! Can I change my subscription?
    Yes!! We offer 3 different packages. Check out our subscription page for more details.
  • Can I add a plant or merchandise I saw on Facebook/Instagram to my delivery?
    Absolutely! Text (816)866-6474 to purchase in-stock items from our shop to deliver or pickup.
  • Can I get a loyalty stamp for my plant subscription?
    Unfortuanley, we don't stamp for subscriptions because you are already recieving up to 50% off your plants. Lucky you!
